Create a Team

When you create a WooCommerce LearnDash Teams product, you allow your customer to purchase seats outside of an organization. For customers who do not want or need to purchase an entire organization, they can bulk purchase seats for a specific course or courses.

LearnDash Teams_WC Products

  1. Navigate to LearnDash LMS > Groups Plus > Settings, scroll to the WooCommerce section and click to Enable WooCommerce Integration
  2. Then click Save, and refresh the page.
  3. Now you’ll see an option in the WooCommerce section to Enable Add Seats to Team. Click to enable that and click Save again.
  4. Next edit each Course you wish to sell seats to and in the LearnDash Groups Plus WooCommerce section in the right-hand toolbar, enter in the Course Price that you want to charge (this is the price your customer will pay per seat for this course)
  5. Next, create a WooCommerce Product by going to Products > Add New
  6. Enter a product name, description, and product image
  7. Select LearnDash Teams from the Product data dropdown
  8. Under General > Regular Price, enter the Price you wish to sell the Team for (this is on top of the price per seat)
  9. Go to LearnDash Team courses and select all the courses you wish to sell seats to.
  10. Click Publish
