After we have successfully processed your payment, the product(s) will become available for download in our shopping cart, and the product(s) will be emailed the for download. You may also log in to http://support.learndash.com to receive support and access to the downloads (for the duration of your support license). If you do not receive an email with your support site login credentials after 1 hour, please contact us.
Automatic upgrades are available to customers who have purchased a support license in accordance with the license they have purchased.
Installing LearnDash on a sub-domain or in sub-folder counts as a unique site. Installing LearnDash on a WordPress multi-site website, where members of the network receive their own installation of LearnDash, is not prohibited. However, our support staff will only offer support to the primary license holder, or where the domain owner (network manager or network member) has purchased their own support license.
Support is offered via a license key. A valid license key gives you access to our help desk, community forums, and documentation. Support is provided via these channels only.
We do not offer telephone, video conferencing, online chat, or in-person support services.
Support is available from 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Eastern Daylight Time) from Monday through Friday with exception of major U.S. holidays. Inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed the next immediate business day.
LearnDash offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins.
We do not offer support for WordPress, or other WordPress products we have not developed. We are unable to offer custom development services for new or modified features relating to our products.
We commit to keeping our products up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. As such, all of our products are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. We can give no guarantee that products will work with older versions of WordPress.
We commit to keeping our products compatible with all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer.
While we make our best effort to give a near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. In the case of a browser not supporting certain web standards, we will include a generic workaround for that browser, which will degrade a specific function/feature gradually and in a way that doesn’t affect the user experience negatively.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with all hosting server configurations, nor do we provide support for server related issues.
To minimize the chance of a conflict we recommend that you choose a hosting provider that adheres to the WordPress requirements. Our customers have reported positive experiences with this hosting provider.
Support license holders cannot distribute, freely give away, or resell their support license key. The support license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holder’s website(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the support license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant. Only the support license holder is permitted to request support or access support resources.
Support license holders are not permitted to re-post support forum content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content and product updates will be discontinued.
Ownership & Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products.
Our products cannot be bundled with other products (i.e. WordPress themes) to be distributed in online marketplaces.
All products are the property of LearnDash. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages from our products and the support of our products, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on learndash.com and is the property of LearnDash. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. LearnDash is a registered U.S. trademark (#85912941) and cannot be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of LearnDash.
We will be happy to offer a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase should you decide that LearnDash does not meet your project’s needs.
Refunds are only applicable to the initial purchase (first 30 days), no refund will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase. Add-ons, product upgrades, or license renewals are not applicable for refunds under any circumstance.
Product licenses are terminated upon reimbursement.
LearnDash may on occasion send you email notifications related to your LearnDash license. These emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices, promotions, and other emails related to your purchase of LearnDash.
LearnDash reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change.
Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress with the standard theme. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.

All of our Products are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. We also make every effort to future-proof our Products, in a variety of ways, so they’ll remain compatible in future versions of WordPress as well. Of course, there are exceptions, and we’re not perfect. We can give no guarantee that all Products will remain functional in future versions of WordPress. If something major changes in a new version of WordPress, and updates or improvements are needed, they will be made available on our website. Customers with a valid license will receive these updates & improvements (as needed) at no additional charge, upon logging into your account.
In some cases, where a particular Product has become extremely outdated, or we decide there is no feasible workaround available to us, we may choose to discontinue that particular Product, and instead, work to produce an entirely new version that takes advantage of the latest improvements in the most recent version of WordPress.
License Expiration and Renewal
An active license key is needed in order to continue to receive updates and support.
With exception of some legacy licenses, all licenses renew automatically. You may cancel at any time by contacting support.
If a license has expired or has been cancelled then a new license must be purchased at full-price in order to regain access to product support and updates.
If a license is not renewed, then the software’s functionality is not removed and you can continue to use it. We cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of WordPress. If a feature that once worked does not work in the software anymore then a new license needs to be purchased to obtain product support.
By making a purchase, you indicate that you have read and agreed on the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
