How to Get Support in LearnDash Cloud

Reaching our support team has never been easier. Whether you have a simple question or a serious issue with your LearnDash cloud install, we’re here to help. 

Here’s how to get help: 

Using the Account Dashboard

  1. Simply log in to your LearnDash Account Dashboard 
  2. Click on the Support Tab
  3. Fill out the form with your questions or issues. 
  4. Click Submit

Using the LearnDash Cloud Tab on the WordPress Dashboard

  1. Log in to your WP Admin site of your LearnDash Cloud website
  2. Navigate to LEARNDASH CLOUD > Support
  3. Click on “Create a Support Ticket” 
  4. Fill out the form with your questions or issues. 
  5. Click Submit

Once the form is submitted, the ticket will automatically be raised to your LearnDash Team and we will get back to you as soon as possible via your email address. 

On the LearnDash cloud WordPress dashboard, you may also see several places on there to contact support, they all go to the same place and will be sent directly to our support team.
