Your LearnDash Cloud site is backed up automatically every 24 hours, so you don’t have to worry about backups. Everything on your site is automatically backed up on our servers and if you would like to restore a copy of your site, you can do so by contacting our support team.
You may, however, still want to back up your site and have your own copies of your backups. It never hurts to have a backup and there are several solutions to that by using WordPress Plugins such as UpDraft, VaultPress, or Backup Buddy.
