See How Infusionsoft Uses LearnDash

Over the years we have seen that LearnDash has a variety of use-cases.

Some use it to sell courses while others leverage it for higher education. Then there are companies that take advantage of our features for creating robust employee and client training.

Infusionsoft is one such example.

If you aren’t familiar with Infusionsoft, they are a Fortune 500 company that (for the most part) invented the “marketing automation” industry. Their software is very powerful. But with power comes a learning curve. They needed a way to teach new customers how to use their software.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down (okay, “call in” is probably more accurate) with Heath Smythe from Infusionsoft and Micah Mitchell from Memberium (a popular WordPress-Infusionsoft connecting plugin).

Heath was repsonsible for implementing the training program at Infusionsoft and during this call he gives us a “behind the scenes” look at how he has set-up two of these training programs. One of which is for employees at Infusionsoft and the other is for their new customers.

In addition to this case study I also spend a few minutes discussing the two major trends in the e-learning space today:

  • Mobile Learning/Micro-Content
  • Freedom of Choice

I demonstrate why these trends exist, what to expect in the coming years in terms of e-learning design, and how you can take advantage of these trends today with LearnDash functionality!
