LearnDash starts the year off with another industry award.

I have a confession: I never get tired of writing these kinds of articles.

We recently received word that LearnDash has been nominated as a finalist for the Best Learning System in 2019 by Talented Learning, proving again that the e-learning industry is taking notice of WordPress as a viable learning management platform.

I think it is worth noting that most of the others included on the list have received millions of dollars in venture capital. Not that there is anything inherently wrong with this. Some businesses choose investment in order to grow.

This isn’t our philosophy as we prefer organic growth. This also means that we aren’t in the pocket of venture capitalists (who expect financial return for their investment). Instead we get to work for our customers and for the love of the e-learning industry!

This latest industry recognition is the first we have received in 2019. Last year we were fortunate to receive several, which included being named the #1 most affordable LMS by Capterra.

While we don’t get too hung up on industry accolades, we do view them as community feedback that we are on the right trajectory with regards to our mission and direction with LearnDash. Every day we receive suggestions and comments from our customers on what is working for them and what they would like to see added. It is this kind of conversation that drives our development and ultimately is responsible for us being recognized.

Are you in need of a flexible, affordable, and proven LMS?

There are so many options out there when it comes to course creation and delivery that the choice can be pretty overwhelming.

If you are not sure where to begin then I encourage you to reach out to us to see if WordPress and LearnDash are a good choice for your needs. We could very well save you a lot of money and help you to create a course experience that your learner’s love.
