WordCamp U.S. is being held in Nashville (Tennessee) from December 7-9, will we see you there?

Perhaps you are already using LearnDash. Or, maybe you are considering LearnDash for an upcoming project. Whether you are part of our community already or not, we would love to chat with you in person!

This year there will be a handful of LearnDash employees heading to Nashville, Tennessee for the annual WordCamp U.S. conference. If you have never gone to a WordCamp U.S. event then let me be the first to say that it is definitely worth experiencing!

Every WordCamp has something special to offer, and for me the great thing about WordCamp U.S. is the size (last year it was projected that 2,500 attended). No other conference in the United States brings this many people together around WordPress. You are bound to know someone, recognize the companies sponsoring, and to meet someone new altogether who shares similar interests. If your business is “in WordPress” then you almost can’t afford to miss this event!

Don’t forget about the sessions!

While you will meet a ton of great people at WordCamp U.S., you will also have an opportunity to learn. The sessions that are scheduled for the event this year cover a wide-range of topics. By way of example:

  • Accessibility
  • Security
  • Content creation and curation
  • Marketing
  • Growing your WordPress business
  • Using WordPress for project management
  • UX design best practices
  • Gutenberg & WordPress 5.0

And so much more!

In short: no matter what your background is you will find a session that is of interest.

How much does this cost?

WordCamps are notoriously low-priced. Similar tech conferences would set you back hundreds of dollars, but WordCamp U.S. is just $40.

Your ticket gets you access to all of the sessions for every day of the conference. You also get free lunch both days and a ticket to the event after-party held at the Adventure Science Center.

If you are able to make it out to Nashville this year for the event make sure to say “hi” to those in LearnDash shirts. If you are interested in learning more about LearnDash then this is the perfect time to talk with someone in-person about your project goals and whether or not LearnDash would be a good fit for you!

Hope to see you there! 🙂
