3 Key Considerations When Choosing a WordPress LMS

Lately I have received emails from those interested in LearnDash WordPress LMS wanting to know if it is the right solution for them. Each person who contacts me has a different story, and reason, for wanting to use WordPress as their learning management system. After having many conversations, I have found a few underlying themes across all of the inquiries.

For those of you perhaps wondering if LearnDash is the right choice for you, consider the following:

1. Any theme, no modifications necessary

This has been one of our biggest priorities when creating LearnDash – optimal compatibility from day one. Ultimately, this is in line with the entire WordPress mantra. We don’t want to restrict your creativity when creating your learning management system. Now, can we test LearnDash with every single theme out there? Naturally we cannot, but through streamlined coding and keeping in line with core WordPress functionality, LearnDash is poised to play nice… real nice 🙂

2. We are learning industry specialists

Our staff has deep experience in establishing learning programs for Fortune 500 companies, as well as the United States government – this allows us to answer your questions and provide you the support you need. It also means that we have seen first hand what works in an LMS, and what doesn’t. Whether you are a training organization or a developer, send your LMS specific questions our way – we’ll happily assist you with your needs (which is a nice segway to the third reason…)

3. Our Passion = Your Benefit

We not only know the learning industry well, we love it! Our business isn’t based on pumping out a multitude of various themes or plugins – we have no interest in that. Our focus is in the learning and training industry. We attend industry conferences, write for various publications, and read up on all the current trends. As our industry evolves, so will your WordPress LMS plugin. You will always have the best of the best.

I hope that was able to help as you try to find a solution that works for you. As always, feel free to write if you have any additional questions or concerns!
